User Content and Content Moderation Terms

What User Content Means

"User Content" means any review, community post, check-in, quick report, rating, photo, video, comment, suggestion, question, answer, or other material you submit to the Services.

Content Moderation

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By posting User Content, you agree not to submit material that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

We may, but are not obligated to, proactively review User Content. Regardless, we will review all reported content and take action within 24 hours of receiving a report. We may remove, refuse to publish, suspend, or permanently remove accounts for User Content that, in our reasonable judgment:

  • Is fabricated, fraudulent, or materially misleading.
  • Is defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others.
  • Contains confidential or private information, including personal information of identifiable individuals who have not consented.
  • Promotes illegal activity or violates applicable law.
  • Is off-topic, spam, or unrelated to the establishment or environment being reviewed.

Reporting and Enforcement

Users may flag objectionable content or block abusive users directly within the app. Reported violations will be reviewed and resolved within 24 hours. Users who repeatedly violate these standards will be removed from the platform.

We will not remove or take action against a review solely because it is negative, critical, or unflattering to a business. Our moderation decisions are based on content and conduct, not sentiment.
